Conceived as a private oasis, the villa offers sweeping panoramic sea views, where the infinity pool visually merges with the horizon line, creating a sense of boundlessness and reinforcing the seamless connection between architecture and nature. This three-level villa is thoughtfully organized to balance social living and private retreat. The main floor serves as a shared living area, seamlessly combining the lounge, dining space, kitchen, and a discreetly integrated home cinema. The upper level is dedicated to privacy and relaxation. The master suite is conceived as a continuous spatial composition incorporating a dressing area and bathroom, fostering a sense of calm and intimacy. Two additional bedrooms and a study are also located on this floor. The lower level accommodates staff quarters, a private gym, and a wine room, supporting both everyday comfort and refined leisure.
The architectural concept, definedby perimeter panoramic glazing, creates a unified open space that becomesespecially striking on warm summer days, when the boundaries between interiorand exterior nearly disappear. The interior engages in a dialogue with thearchitecture, forming a harmonious and dynamic living environment.
The architectural staircase andfireplace, designed by LIUBACH Interior Design, serve as the interior’sdefining sculptural elements. The stone fireplace, accented with glass, subtlydelineates the primary lounge from the cinema area while preserving visualcontinuity.
The staircase echoes the villa’scontemporary architectural language, appearing to float as it elegantlyconnects the main and upper levels.

The upper floor layout is designed to ensure that each bedroom remains a private sanctuary. Every suite includes its own dressing area and bathroom, emphasizing comfort and independence.
The study overlooks the surrounding forest and mountains, creating a serene setting conducive to focus and uninterrupted work.
Level −1 houses dedicated staff quarters, a fully equipped professional gym, and a wine room. Level −2 is devoted to a spacious seven-car garage.
